Rifle belongs to a young ( 50) ex- police, ex-military man who is undergoing radiation treatment for a brain tumor. Wants me to sell for him.
He had rifle built/reparked by well known gentleman back east. I'll have to ask him again who this well known guy is, but for right now do want to say there is Pro's and Con's- Rifle is solid and shoots well though !

Wide Base Gas Cyl ( To Spec) swivel screw not staked, High Hump Gas Lock, Poppet Screw- P small o
Late internals= Follower & Slide, Bullet Guide w/ Notch, Op Rod Catch, Follower Arm, IHC Follower Rod, Flat Lower Band, Late (SQ) Clip Latch.
D35 Series SA Op Rod- modified ( to Spec), new stainless Op Rod Spring,
SA Buttplate w/ flat plunger ( 87% checkering) w/ late buttplate screws and butt swivel.
New Leather Sling MILSCO 1944-(CON)
SA 14 Trig Housing (mod pad),Late SA Milled Trig Guard, Late SA Trigger w/ drop forge #'s, SA 2 Hammer, unmarked Safety, Late hammer housing, Guide w/ wings.
Late Rear Sight set ( NHC /DRC), aperture w/ tracks, HRA Sight Cover, did not take off to ID Base, but most likely late, also
Stamped Stock Ferrule, w/ lrg hole- swivel screw not staked
SA Stock, late- 1/2" DAS , circle P w/ serifs. Stock has had some light sanding , cartouche approx 50%, No overhang. Slightly loose so may need shim work. No pins, No Cracks.
Matching Walnut USGI handguards- unissued condition
M84 Scope prestine condition w/ eye cup. Serial Number 24041
USGI Mount-hinge screw holes countersunk, pins w/ round head, knob w/ starburst center.
New Cheek pad- MRT marked ( CON)
He has $2,500.00 in total. Asking $2,400.00
I can get photo's ( have to get next door to do for me) if interested.
