I am looking at a Niw M14 flash suppressor that is in a transparent blue bag (sealed). Is this USGI current contract item? I know Fine Manufacturing has a contract for 400 Operating Rods Contract #W52H09-07-C-0138. I have never seen M14 flash suppressors in blue bags? I guess this could be a current contract item right?
