View Full Version : I would suggest...
... that you find a reputable gunsmith. Old Chucky will likely overcharge you and call you an idiot like he does everybody else.

Yep, definitely off the meds. If not, he has no idea what gunsmiths are charging to rebarrel a rifle or the current
turn around time. My experience with "Old Chucky" has been very positive. He does good work and knows
what he's talking about. All of the advise and information that he has provided me has been helpful and correct.
If he called you an idiot.....

with all do respect...
Red knows nothing about my work, my rates, my turn around time. and that im aware of not called anyone on a net forum an idiot..
im not one for name calling over the net, or phone call, thats best done man to man..... however, for reasons really unkown, Red has taken this to many levels.. called me more then a few choice words, some i cant mention here on this public forum..
i will point out, that i even tried to make piece with Red, with no avail, says he has me on ignor, and thats fine...have no problem with his opinion...everyone is welcome to whatever they want to say.
i will point out,, check Reds post history.. go back say,.,5 pages,. and make your own assesment..most are jokes, political jabs, i will credit him with some great links to info on our Heros fighting for freedom...
as for helping anyone with an issue on a firearm, history, info on weapons ect.. just do the math...
this is a public forum, and yes, anyone can post pretty much what ever they like, love that free speach thing our founding fathers wrote up.
i have never started an all out flame post on anyone.. i have called a few guys on how they treat new members, we all get gamey from time to time...
have no idea why Red says these things, or what i did to spark such hatred,,, but i guess love me or hate me is fine, either way.. your thinking about me.
I had Chuck rebarrel a M1917 for me that had an awful bore. He was knowledgable, he was quick, and he was not expensive. Now, if he would just do something about how the darn rifle makes my teeth hurt . . . .

I eat at this little family owned mexican cafe. Very small set-up , maybe 5 two seat tables , 6 4-seaters and a couple of 6-seat. They have a sign up on the wall by where you pay. It says if you liked our food and service , please recommend us to your friends. If you hated our food and service , please recommend us to your enemies.
Thier food and service is great , by the way.

Tacos Mi Ranchito . Take the 4th Ave exit off the freeway , on the right ( west) side , corner of 4th ave and 2nd street. Orig. "cooked down south " food the mexican cowboys and ranchers eat.
