Miss Marked Carbine

Have a S'G' that was marked incorrectly. It has an extra G' so it is marked S'G'G'.

Does this happen very often?

Also by the punch marks it looks like it went through the factory twice.

This was my first Carbine. I traded a case of my BBQ Sauce for it years ago. I think about $25 at the time.

What can I say. Its the best BBQ Sauce in the world.

I think it's a carbine made in the Irwin-Pedersen plant after Saginaw took over the contract.
