Has anyone tried the AK style simiauto shotguns? In a recient tv showing of a swat teams Russians vs U.S., it appired the Ak style did better than a Rem. pump. If you have tried them, what your take be on type of ammo to use an reliability? Been thinking of getting on in 12 an 20 ga. TIA mike:icon_scratch:

i have a 12ga, shot it a little and like it. you will likely go with a pistol grip and different stock, when you do you need to make sure that it is 922s compliant. the gun has a gas reg valve so it can be set for different power shells, mine shoots good with anything i feed it

Thanks. K Arga, Just got in from work, saw some for sale in the shotgun news paper. Main reason is the mag idea of useing different ammo loads. mike

Saw 2 guys on TV, that had drum magazines fitted to 2 12ga shotguns that were friggin neat. One guy said it cost him over $1200 for developing his mag, the other dinna say what his cost, think he was S&W's jerry Miklech (?spelling).
