John, once again you've managed to come up with some great finds at that show. I really didn't see as many good M1911's there this week like I had hoped, as most were either worn out or incorrect. You even managed to grab up the only good Victory revolver there as well. Thanks for sharing the pics, it was great to see you there Saturday.

Love gun shows. Usually prices are too hi but you just never know! I score evry 4-5 shows and even without that I have a ball. Know allot of the people and get into 3-4 bull sessions, at least. As my best friend used to say "cheap intertainment!".

John, Beautiful pistol. BTW: Who is the "skinney kid" in the picture with the "Popeye" hat?Just kidding,of course. A little interservice rivalry,eh?I would never post a picture of me in my "early days". You look great, keep on trucking!!! Best Regards, Nick

Yes, John is kind of like a vintage bottle of fine wine, just keeps getting better with age!

Hey John, I like the name of the picture. I had about the same amount of hair when I was that young, seems to have departed for points elsewhere now though!

Congrats on the award at Pyuallup! I did manage to pull 3rd place for my Enfield display....

John, That's a great picture! The question is/was, not whether you could get into it, but WHO COULD? You must have been a "killer" with the girls!I like to say,"back when Army helicopter pilots were REAL men and women were REAL glad for it!"Oh well we "old FELLAS" got to stick together, who else will teach the young gals the meaning of life? Best regards, Nick
