She is too pooped to write tonight but wanted me to let you all know that their court case is finally over. The judge awarded the little SOB thief to pay the Culvers $601,000 restitution. Of couse the worthless little doper doesn't have that kind of money but he will make payments or go to jail. The judge really didn't have much use for kid and his mismatched lies and general bullcrap.

Glad to say that this is a BIG load off Dick and Gloria. Oh yes, another cache of their missing guns was found a couple weeks ago!

Thanks, Pat! I'm happy for the Culvers to be able to recollect some and hopefully all of their property. I sure hope legal things are happening to that troubled youth (choke, choke) to make sure a portion of his income, if any and when any, are automatically sent to the Culvers. If he is underaged, I wonder if his parents have to share responsibility and compensation to the Culvers?

Gloria will have to confirm, but I believe she mentioned that the guns were secured in a dealers safe. Whether he reported them or was caught with them is not clear to me. Hopefully Gloria will soon be rested up and able to answer these questions herself.

Since the little scumbag probably won't ever be able to pay up (the little sh!t will probably make tiny payments in the hope that he'll never pay much), how about we take a few insurance policies on him and then collect? Personally, I hope he falls into a wood chipper the day after the final payment.

Seems like there is no way this young man can pay back that much money unless he is in line for an inheritance. I'm skeptical if they will ever collect anything. One thing I think law enforcement should look into is was this young man just used for information by someone higher up on the ladder of crime.
