I guess if Congress won't do what you want you just have some appointed bureaucrat issue a departmental edict and call that the law. We don't need no stinkin' Congress.

As I posted on Facebook yesterday, I'm gonna need a speed limit waiver and a Discharge of a firearm in the city limits waiver. AFter all, one waiverable crime is as good as another, right?

This appears to be part of the Obama Administration’s bigger plan to blow off Congress by using its executive powers...

No surprise there. Obama looked right into the camera and arrogantly told us so during his last State of the Union Address. Something to the effect of, "If Congress won't work with me I'll do it without them".

The Goebels-like MSM overlooked that naturally.

Obama has allot to deal with right now, between the constrictions of the Constitution and the Judicial activism of an unelected supreme court, he really is having a hard time forcing his will on us. :eusa_wall:

Radio program had an Obama propagandist guest on the other day. Did you know that if it wasn't for Obama, we'd be in the middle of another Great Depression right now? That's what they said.

We don't believe that pre-election BS. However, how many waffling listeners actually will believe it and take that misinfo to the polls with them?

Well they were close, it is BECAUSE OF OBAMA that we still yet may be in a depression! 88 million out of work, plants shut down due to the idiot EPA, obamacare looming on the company payroll, and ever shrinking GDP will force it, and soon.
