I'm not that familiar with the US markings on a World War 1 Winchester.
Do these look correct?

There's a partial strike of each mark. But from what I can see in the photos, they appear to be the real deal.

Is the butt plate right, I would think it should have a metal one ?

The buttplate is correct. Metal ones were used as replacements.
