That is a rare item within itself, worth collecting. I have one, but I have never used it. I'll wager it will go for over $100.

that is not the toool used for marking rifles, bolts and parts by SA or RIA..

heres the real deal, when i found this at auction, it still had a Rock Island location tag,
this one really works..a 6 volt battery might kinda work.

Remarking the bolts, which appears to be a common practice on the 1922 series Springfield Rifles, is just a little more deceiving than swapping parts to make a S-C 1903A3 or other military firearm appear to be "correct". Just my opinion.
