I'm glad we don't have Mexico for a neighbour.

Also at the bottom of the page an interesting interview with an old soldier who was in Hitler's bunker when he killed himself.

And of course, all the weapons used came from the USA, so it's really our fault.

It is great to have Canada as a neighbor. Where else can 2 countries get along so well. My problem is having the demonstrations against the US, waving their flag and whining that they are entitled to welfare and free everything. If we tried to protest in mexico, IF lucky, we would be jailed. Press 1 for English. :eusa_wall:

I wouldn't want to bet on your chance of survival if you tried to burn the Mexican flag in Mexico City or raise the U.S. Flag over the Mexican flag or sing the Mexican national anthem in English (with a few changes in the lyrics)like they tried here with the Himno Nacional;)

The History Channel has program called Gangland which does a great job of exposing gangs and how they operate. Thursday night's episode was about a Mexican drug gang called Los Zetas. They have been described by the DEA as probably being the most technologically advanced, sophisticated and violent paramilitary enforcement group in Mexico. A recent CNN.com article really shows how dangerous they and how they're moving across the border. http://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/americas/08/06 /mexico.drug.cartels/ What the article doesn't say is that they're moving beyond the border and are setting operational cells in many state and large cities. This threat only reinforces the need to have an armed citizenry.
