Had heard that Scott Meadows new book on the .45 should be out soon. Any truth to this? Also if it is where to get it. Have the first book.

I saw Scott at Tulsa and he said he had a problem with his publisher, but is getting it under control, and that the books should be out soon. What ever that means.

Thanks for the info. Maybe he needs a new publisher?

A run of books was made, but there were technical problems.
Scott sent me the manuscript to the book several years, and it will have new and different information. There is just so much information on the 1911A1 pistol itself, but he will do a year by year breakdown of the changes. He will also do a part by part comparison, as well as information directly from Ordnance records.

Any idea when it will be on the street?

That's what is happening, but it is a slow process. Bill Jenkins thought that National Gun Day, Louisville, KY in Feb. could be the target......
