Can I use a 45LC carbide resizing die to FL resize 45acp brass?

Most likely no as the base diameter on the .45 long Colt is bigger then the base diameter of the .45 acp so the .45 acp base may not size small enough to feed into the chamber properly.

It might work,in the Speer reloading manual it lists the 45 Colt as a straight wall case, 0.4800 dia. The .45 Auto is tapered 0.4762 at the base and 0.4730 at the bullet end. I would try to resize a case and see if it fits the .45 Auto chamber.
