I bet the rest of the ball-less republicans are thinking, "Damn! Why didn't I speak up and call out the Kenyan"

I wish he had kept it up.

"Read it to me" would have been a good retort.

Even the MSM is looking to see if illegals are specifically prevented from "free" health care now.

Even the MSM is looking to see if illegals are specifically prevented from "free" health care now.
FOX also announced the Republicans twice offered amendments specifically excluding coverage to illegals and both times the Democrats voted the amendments down.

In the meantime, the Democrats put enough pressure on Pelosi that she is now looking to punish Wilson for his comment if he doesn't apologize on the House floor. The only thing that can be done is censure or rebuke. It will likely be rebuke but either way it doesn't mean a damn thing. For 8 years they called Bush a liar and a loser though Harry Reid did withdraw the loser label. He never did withdraw the liar label.

2010 is going to be a very bad year for the Democrats. If they push health care through this year, you can expect to see Reid and Dodd going home, a Republican will win Kennedy's seat, Boxer will likely go home as will Pelosi and Rangel.

I went to Joes web page and was not able to leave any comments about his calling the Illegal alien a "LIAR" which we all know he is. When his page is up I will try again to give Joe some kind words of thanks for telling the truth and encourage him to stand his ground solid. I also intend to send that guy a couple of bucks for his war chest to keep him in office. He needs all the support we can give him and the rest of the Republicans need to step up like men and back this man.....to the hilt.

The difference. Wilson recieved donations from lots of folks
I have no doubt his opponent got some BIG money from the Likes of Soros and some other filthy rich dimocrats. However a few BIG donors don't have as many votes as A LOT of smaller donors

Do you know that Wilson has consistantly voted against veterans and their healthcare while taking it himself? Just another hypocrite.

Joe Wilson looks to be conservative pretty much, and a career politician who has now gained considerable notoriety. Served in the guard and reserves, as has his sons. His opponent is a Marine. Don't know his opponents positions. I have my own problems in Ill-noise. Should I waste ink, paper, and time writing my Senators, Durbin and Burris, or go green and save a tree limb.

I guess Joe should use this opportunity to apologize to those who found his "out burst" troubling, with the caveat that he could just not take it anymore. He only said what I had been thinking during the whole address.

VOTING RECORD

The web site Ontheissues.org lists Joe Wilson's stances and voting records in several categories:

• His voting record is rated as "anti public health" by the interest group American Public Health Association.

• Wilson voted against putting mental health on par with physical health, against requiring Medicare to negotiate for drug prices, and for limiting drug prescription benefits for Medicare recipients.

• He also voted to "limit anti-trust lawsuits on health plans and insurers" in March 2008.

• In July 2006 Wilson voted to constitutionally define marriage as between one man and one woman.

• In December 2005 Wilson voted to make the PATRIOT Act permanent.

• In September 2004 he voted for a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage.

• Wilson has a pro-business voting record according to the business federation US Chamber of Commerce. He also has a history of voting for increased oil drilling and against tax incentives for energy production and conservation.

• He also has a highly pro-military voting record according to the grassroots group Peace Action.

• In regards to homeland security he has consistently voted against requiring warrants for wiretapping in the United States and abroad.

Bob, congratulations on your promotion to VSM-OFC! Now on to Homer, i am fairly sure Homer has been "unable" to find his homework (the rat, as in democRAT ate it,) and thus we won't hear about Mr, Wilson's so called vote!

Homer is still one of the masses who has been hood winked by obama and it will be some time before he can recover from the fact that there is no Easter bunny! God I pitty him when Christmas comes and he finds out that there is no Santa Clause!
