T-38 sling w/ aluminium buckle

Thought I'd post this sling with an aluminium buckle that I just picked up at the SOS for $15.00. I was just walking by the table when the seller put it on the table. He said he just took it off a rifle ihe was selling that was in his rifle rack. I don't know if aluminium buckles on slings are common, but this is the first one I've seen. The sling is in excellent condition also, Ray
