View Full Version : MSNBC: "The 10th Amendment is a bunch of baloney!"
Apparently Keith Olbermanns farts have the same effect as LSD, because David Schuster has been sniffing them at close range for far too long:

I wonder how he'd react if told the First Amendment was a bunch of baloney (or is it bologna)?
He obviously doesn't grasp the concept of checks and balances and has annointed himself a member of SCOTUS.

Of course it is. Consider the source. They think the entire Constitution is a bunch of baloney, 'ceptin', of course, one tiny piece of Amendment One, which they will defend to the death provided they are allowed to continue defining the meaning of "...a free press"

An amendment is an amendment, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution is not a smörgåsbord to choose what makes you feel good!
Liberals will always try to screw the pooch, and that's why we have to be ever vigilamt! :icon_salut:

That rule only applies if you are a conservative, if you are a liberal feel free to disregard and throw it out the window. Rules only apply if it works for them.

We would NOT have had a Constitution if the first 10 amendments had not been incorporated into it as there was firece opposition to the first draft.
And that RACIST RACIST RACIST:eek: mantra only applies if you are a conservative. Now we did have a disagreement from 1861-1865 by a bunch of RACISTS (guess which party) about the meaning of that word.

As I recall, Chicago has an ordnance that any corporation doing business with the city must disclose any pre-13th Amendment activities that supported slavery. But this doesn't apply to political parties.;)
