British report on 5.56 limitations

Somewhere on the web in the last month I saw a British report on the limitations of 5.56 x 45 in the sandbox. Darn'd if I can find it now.

Does anyone remember the reference?

There's one in the M16 or general milsurps forum on Milsurps.com from about December or so. Haven't checked that thread lately.
