I have a few boxes of 30-06, label marked; OJP 1961 20 7.62 mm S Patronen/GM1. (The O has two dots above it but not on top, as is usual with those Ero markers but rather at about 7 min. past the hour and the other at 53 min. past.) Could this be Danish or Norwigen? Look like GI boxes except light gray or off white. Thank you for any info.

ÖJP means: ÖJP - Österreichische Jagdpatronenfabrik, Kramsach. Its a Austrian manufacturer that stops business in 1965.

It also has a rep for not being suitable for use in M1s.

Don't know if it's loaded with unsuitable powder or a problem with the neck sealant or something else but lots of folks reported signs of overpressure when the OJP was commonly available.
