Did I hear that correctly? Was just watching ABC's "This WEEK with G. Stephanopoulos" (something I don't normally do) and his interview with Obama. George asked O about the recent ACORN developments; to which O responds, "I did not even know that ACORN was getting a lot of money; federal money."

You probably heard it right, although his usual excuse is that he is "unaware". Maybe he is getting more creative, what with all the excuses he has to make.

Maybe trying to get the idea across that Acorn is not getting Fed money.
If they're not getting Fed money, there's no point in Congress cutting it off, is there ?

The more I watch the undercover ACORN tapes, the more disturbing they become. The apparent ease with which ACORN workers discuss the subjects of concealing and aiding prostitution and tax cheating, makes one wonder just how often they have given illegal advice to other people who have come to their offices.

I read the reason Obama never was licensed to practice law in Illinois was that he lied on his application and signed that it was true under oath. It seems that in this case perjury was a felony and felons can't be an officer of the court. Or this could be an Internet myth. I forgot state the lie, they asked if he ever had an alias and he said no.

ACORN might be a sacrificial target. Let the dogs chew on acorn while we do an end round. NEA is now becoming a concern for the country and our former way of governing.
