Hey guys,

Springfield M2 .22 rifles are amazing. Went to the range this evening. First target, was all over the place. Worked on that a bit and started dialing the sight in. Target six is what I was workin' up to. Shootin' as best as I could offhand, did wrap my left arm up in the 1907 pattern sling. Learned a lot about breathing control once I concentrated on it and how to use the sling for stability.

Target six actually has fifteen rounds through it. No fliers. Shot Remington .22 subsonic ammo, lead hollow point bullets, thirty eight grains, muzzle velocity 1,091 FPS. Think I'll get a brick or two of this ammo if they still make it. Shot at twenty five yards. I used a six o'clock hold.

SubSonic is a decent round if you can find a good lotnumber that shoots well in your rifle. I used Subsonic for quite a while several years ago, then it seemed as if something changed in their process and real good groups went bye-bye. Try Wolf Match Extra or SK Standard Plus, I think you will see your groups improve.

Nice work LB . In the 52B Wolf Match seems to do really good and alot cleaner then the regular .22 wolf ammo.
