Default A new State is born!

How come it is always too something... Too hot, too cold, too soon, too late, too much, too little, too deep, too shallow, but always "too" something.

President Obama Saturday declared a major disaster exists in the State of Montana and ordered Federal aid to supplement state and local recovery efforts in the area struck by severe storms and flooding which began June 15 and is still ongoing.

In a press release, the White House press office said the funding will be used for emergency work and the repair or replacement of facilities damaged by the severe storms and flooding in Hill County and the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation. It is also being made available for hazard-mitigation measures for all counties and tribes within the State.

I was more concerned with the related article telling how the Feds want to create an online ID system for us all. Sounds like another big brother health care debacle to me.

It's true. JB, look at the headline. It does say Montanta. Most likely a screw up by whoever wrote the headline. Although, maybe that's one of the extra states he visited while campaigning.

It's a region east of Atlanta. It's a region that has been under-represented with nearly ten million voters who were disenfranchised in the last election. Obama is making sure their votes (presumably for him and other demokratic comrades) will be counted in the next election (at least once!) by dumping millions into the area and installing former ACORN workers as federal relief workers.

I obviously DID miss something! LOL
I barely glanced at the headline, missing the extra 'T', and focused on the article. Then I read it three times as I couldn't see what the problem was. That one went right over my head...at high altitude.
