color scheme

This is not so much a complaint as a general wondering.

Is anybody else having trouble reading the board? The colors (or maybe lack of contrast) are really hard on my eyes. I can't spend more than a few minutes here and have to move on. MAJOR EYE STRAIN

I think the other colors were MUCH more user friendly.

But Gloria said the color "skins" may come pre installed.

If it were possible, I would think the old colors could not be beat. This dark stuff must be for younger eyes.

If the color does come installed and can't be changed, I would like to know what cave this Wombat software designer lives in. I would hate to see the inside of his house or cave.

I don't wear glasses yet at 44, but this color scheme does make focusing a little bit harder than the old scheme. I think that a lighter background with the darker print is a bit easier on the old eyeballs.

It is hard to read since there isn't enough contrast.

I don't have a problem with these colors but I do miss the soothing effect of the old "sandbox" colors.

Please keep in mind this is a work in progress. Just give us some time. Just started building it Friday. The software is new to us, unlike the "OLD Style" boards.

All suggestions are welcomed. This is as much your CSP, as it is ours. A place to learn, and have fun, and meet new friends.
