Default WTS: M1903 parts, UPDATED AGAIN

We have a nice selection of rifle parts for the M1903 rifle for sale. They are of varying conditions and prices. In some cases we have several of each one, so you can put away a spare or to use it for a future trade. We have included several pictures and as much description of part (or group of parts) as we can. Please read each description carefully!

Prices do not include shipping, which will be by USPS Priority Mail or First Class, depending on weight and size. We will add 65 cents for Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is extra. We will accept money orders, checks (if you are known to us or arrangements are made) or Paypal. However, Paypal carries a 4% premium to offset fees charged by Paypal.

You can contact me through a email or PM through this forum or at –rrsbls@msn.com (remove dashes)

    2. 6-1916 SA M1903 barrel. 1.5 ME, unusual for this early of barrel. Bore is excellent, although some wear. Some wear on outside of barrel but most in “non-showing” area. FRSB and fixed front sight included (it was removed for picture). Price: $210

    3. Two-bolt grasping groove stock with JFC inspection stamp. Stock has seen some use and is not a perfect example. Has some “buckle dings” forward of trigger guard. A small 2”x 1/16” chunk missing from right side. Some dings, mainly on butt. In addition to JFC, there is a DJ/17 stamped on the butt, probably a rack number. No metal included, except lower band retaining spring. Price: 165

    4. Post-WWI M1903 handguard with straight profile and semi-circular windage knob clearance cut. Some dings, but NO cracks and NOT a WWII!. Pleasing finish. $45.00

    5. Booher-type WWII M1903 handguard with convex silhouette. No cracks and hardly any dings. Has what appears to be a couple of spots of varnish, which should clean off. $18.00

    6. M1903 trigger guard. Comes with catch and no other parts. Excellent shape, maybe 90%. Appears to be a black post-WWI park – not rough. $60.00

    7. M1903 C8 bolt body. Comes with extractor with gas escape hole. Although bolt is “straight, it is one of those considered double heat-treated, so may be used safely. About 80-85% Black finish. Can be built up with your parts or with matching firing mechanism listed below. $75.00

    8. M1903 R4 bolt body. Comes with extractor with gas escape hole. Can be built up with your parts or used with firing mechanism offered below. Is a 1942 replacement built at Springfield Armory. $40.00

    12. M1903 rear sight, probably ca. 1919-1920. Has dished rear sight binding screw. Nice black finish. Rear sight binding screw works well. $25.00

    14. Upper band nice condition, but one of tines of stacking swivel slightly bent – easy fix. $30.00

    16. As #15, but slightly less finish. $12.00

    17. Remington M1903A3 – dark gray Park, maybe 65% finish remaining. No rust. $10.00

    18. Followers:

    a. Milled, no R, dark gray park. @ 60%. $12.00

    c. Beautiful Remington stamped follower – original blue/black. $12.00

    d. Parked SC with gray finish – maybe 65-70% remaining. $15.00

    21. Trigger/sear – beautiful case hardened trigger with serif R. Sear marked with block large R. $18.00

    22. S-marked sear/trigger. Trigger appears to be early “thin” variety. $15.00

    25. Sear, S marked. Black park. $5.00

    26. Lower milled butt swivel - mo of finish gone $8.00

It is the "fine" checkering characteristic of Remington M1903A3s.
