At one time I thought I understood the IHC stock marking logic, now I am confused again. It certainly helps that USGI IHC and others are practically gone from the market as there are not as many around for the controversy as there were when they were still being pulled out of the Barn.

Hello All

I just recently purchase a IHC M1 4460_ _ _ range. The stock has no outside markings at all but has a 1722 marking on the inside.
