MSM=methylsulfonylmethane. A joint care supplement, also sold with Glucosamine.

Welcome to CSP. There are some very knowledgeable folks here. Some have written books, others are in the credits. Jouster was recommended to me in 1998 by a lady with the CMP. I never had an interest in computers or the web. After seeing the Culver's website, and the information in it, I ordered my first computer that week!

Not so much fun, but it really does help. Got the major on it when he was having some trouble with his hip and he is as good as new. It's taken the pain out of my damage rotator cuff and knee too. Seems to work on connective tissue damage. It's available online from any health food store and most drug stores.

    Thanks to you both.
I normally don't like to take anything that I can't pronounce, but I think I will make an exception in this case, and try some of this.
Have taken some supplements from time to time with mixed results.
I will try it, and let you know if it works for me.

Well guys, I have tried the MSM, and after about 2 weeks I THINK that it is helping some! The knees especially, maybe not so much the shoulders, yet. I am going to keep at it. I have been taking 2 per day (3 when I think of it), but I really think I can tell a difference. Thanks againEd
