    Default RLB Stock

    http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=257639641

I notice that there is an RLB no box '03- non grasping groove stock for sale on GB.
I have never seen a "no box" RLB cartouche.

Any pics available of no box RLB cartouches in the database?

I don't have any pictures, but I have seen them and I believe the stock offered is legitimate. I believe the seller is a CSPer.

Don't have one, but have seen many. They are common. I believe there was a transition for the stamp. Seen a R L B stock with A.O.D. overstamped the other day, on a Mark I rebuild.

    [RLB] (enclosed in a box)

    RLB (no box)

    R L B (no box, with spaces)

You guys correct me, if not in order.

Doesn't that RLB look funny? Like, handstamped.

J.B. confirmation is enough for me,...but I found this on Scott Duff's website for you Redleg.

    The stock itself seems correct.
A non gg 03 stock is pretty rare and so it must be a 50,000-up stock as listed.

The RLB does seem a little odd, that is why I asked for some other "no box" RLB photos.
    Maybe JB might know?

The stock and markings are legitimate. The stock is for a mid-production Remington M1903 rifle.

    Hope this helps.
