I liked what I saw so far. Some of it is opinion but allot of it is taken from letters home and I really enjoy when they reference the words of folks who were actually there.

Hitlers war in colour and Japans war in colour are also good and of the same style.

I saw it in living color and don't want to repeat the experience.

I am a big fan of the History Channel but become less so every time they air something on alien abduction, UFOs, or search for Big Foot.

The bigfoot stuff is the only way I can get my wife to watch the History Channel, although I admit its like them having the spelling bee on ESPN.

I like some of those shows but they are quickly becoming the HITLER/UFO Network. The Ancient Alien shows are the only ones with any real historical aspect. But then they generally tick me off because it is like some form of self loathing as a species. Generally they base their theories on all the things they think humans just couldn't have done on their own. I often wonder if thousands of years from now archeologist will uncover an old Star Wars poster and cite it as PROOF of alien life.

I'm glad to see Vietnam in HD although I find the title to be total HORSE $#%^. How can it be in HD? Looks like the same stuff I've been seeing my whole life. It is still a well done show and has gotten allot of interest from some of the younger guys at work. Maybe someday we can shake off the lie that we "lost" the war.
