While we are at it, Lets give the louisana purchase back to France, California back to Spain (as if they didn't already have it) How about giving Hawaii back to the Hawaians, the orignal colonies back to Britain.(though they not want them) and since they want to give stuff back to Russia, How about all of Alaska?
