    I don't think it's WWII US Army; I compared it to my father's; the Red Crosses are very different and his doesn't have any printing on the reverse side. He was a medic from 1940 to 1943; he went to OCS and became an Infantry Officer in October 1943 and landed in France on D+30 (July 6, 1944).
    Could possibly be another service or later.

    Thanks for the information, my Red Cross arm band came from Ft Leonard Wood in the early 1960's, must be post WW2 ?
