Default How to seal a leaky tile deck?

I have a tile deck over a sunroom.... Probably ought to be relaid... I have tried Ace water seal (no effect) and urethane clear coat... Worked well for a while but peeled up in the Texas summer sun.

I was actually thinking of trying future floor wax. Or automotive clear coat?

Deck is original to the house, vintage 1939. Treatments so far have reduced but not fixed the problem. I apologize that this is OT but you guys seem real handy about this stuff so... Help!!

have you thought of cleaning it super well & putting several coats of poly on it? your local lumber yard ought to have something & good advice on it too...........

Don't laugh now. Believe it or not but, some folks in the Northwest will call up the Rhino Liner guy and have him come out and spray truck bed liner over their decks. Don't know how it would hold up in the Texas heat however, it does work well in cold and wet environments such as Western Washington. Also has the added benefit of slip resistance and is available in different colors.

Yeah the polyurethane just peeled up in the sun. Thanks for the thoughts, I was hoping for me thing clear. Truck bed liner would be hard to sell to the wife.... I think!
