    The B-58 "Hustler" was the the aircraft used in the movie "Fail Safe". Probably not the one on display, but one of its brothers. Great movie, if a bit grim.

    Can confirm that. Once got to sit in one. However in a Mig 23 cockpit, you could play a game of basketball! Well, not quite. Then there was that Navy jet, the one with the spindly landing gear, you didn't get in, you "put it on" Was sent to check out the radio in one flying cross country. The Navy has a different headset connector than the Air force! So much for that!
