Lake City USGI .30 Carbine ammo value?

I have some really nice .30 carbine ammo (LC 69) that I would like to trade and was wondering what a realistic trade value is.

I haven't seen much of this stuff for sale lately so I'm having some trouble determing a current market value.

Anyone up to date on prices of this ammo?
