    Default Late coltwood grips

    Some of the helpful folks on this site have been nice enough to show me what late coltwood grips should look like. I have a usgi colt 45 auto made in 1944 and I would like to be TOTALLY sure that I have the correct grips on it. I found these online for a good price and think they are the real deal but would feel better if some of you who are more knowledgeable would double check it for me. So, are they late coltwood like I think they are?
