    Can you imagine this happening in the USA today? This guy would have been sent to prison and labelled a terrorist! This is the drive and originality that built this country that the crowd in charge is doing everything possible to eradicate.

    I remember as a kid, a surplus store in Chicago giving away free german helmets with each purchase. I think they cost a bit more these days.

    That wouldn't happen in todays world. Too many politicians with little to no incentive to let a person make a little money or have some fun.

    that plane is slowly being restored, but not to fly. Art Lacy passed away a number of years ago and his kids are pushing the project.
    Art helped in the restoration of the CAF B-17 Sentimental Journey with the donation of the top turret and a number of other parts.



    That's a much younger me in the blue shirt..................................
