    AFAIK, all Mark 1 bolts would have been of the curved handle variety. Steel lot codes J5, J6, WL2, WL5, WL9, or maybe WL3 would have been marked on the bolt handle root. Weren't the steel lot codes for all straight handle SA bolts stamped on the safety lug?

    Nice looking rebuilt rifle. Stock is incorrect and shows evidence of sanding and tru-oil. Parkerizing is current grey type, not original dark grey to light black.
