    Default Billet vs. forged receiver?

What am I gaining with a billet over a forged receiver in quality or tolerances ?

Is there a vendor / maker who sells matching upper and lower receivers mated to each other for optimum close tolerance fit?

Cost is not driving force of my question. I am looking for best quality

I am not aware of much difference in forged or billet receivers in actual performance. The difference I see is appearance not function.

Rainier Arms has Mega billet matched upper/lower receiver as well as Noveske and Rainier Arms matched forged receivers.
