The USAF Is Out Of Money

I served under all the dems since Johnson. When a dem is in office, the military is a red-headed step-child. They always restrict the funds to force the services to prioritize their needs. Unfortunately, the combat ops must be funded, so everything else suffers. I have seen cuts in every area except affirmative action and women's programs. We get what we vote for. Regards, Clark

Several AF retirees I have met (I am a retired Army Reserve officer) have told me the AF became very "chicken----" under Klinton. Several complained about the steady erosion of the authority of NCOs for example.
