I was also surprised at the short range of the sight. I looks like a post WWII type to handle to larger rpcket looking grenades. Like the M1 Rifle launcher M7A3. Way more than 50 yrds.Range. It must be pre NATO to be marked in YARDS. For U.S. or GB.

I do not know of the T120 ever being purchased by the US. The T119 was purchased, as it was required in order to get the rights to produce the M30 Anti Tank Rifle Grenade. We never used the T119's except in training. Almost every T119 is new, never used. It was a very bad design for the time. I explain towards the bottom of this page:

There are quite a few T119's out there, but since we were no longer using the carbine for launching, the T120 was probably never in quantity and I have no records of it being used in training. My guess is it was never accepted by the US.

And how Mr. Ricca rides into a forum discussion with all the answers will always amaze me! They're so many forums out there!

Bill, how do you do it?

    Thanks Bill,

I tried to email you about this launcher but the mail got kicked back. It is part of the estate of my daughter-in-law's dad that I'm helping to sell off. They have no idea where he may have gotten it. I was hoping to get a swag on value before I sell it. Thanks!
