I don't know anyone who has been able to get one. For the most part they seem to be fable. Good friend at work paid for one and its been on order since March 2008. I think he finally cancelled recently and got a refund. Meanwhile, I aquired a DPMS and 3 Armalites while he was waiting for that RRA pipe dream.
I have a few of their .223 rifles and really like them, but for a .308 I'll stick with Armalite.

Pete at Legal Transfers LLC, had a couple of them before the insanity started last year. I saw them and they looked real good. Unfortunely for me they were already spoken for. I badgered him to let me have one but no luck. I am a personal friend of his for the last 40 years and you would have tought he would have cut me some slack. He is to ethical so I was unable to acquire one.
Pete is the guy my buddy Ray bought/ordered one from. He had a lot of folks "in line" waiting but nothing has showed up. If they have, its small enough numbers that it is'nt making much of a dent in the waiting list. 18+ months is ridiculous.
I've bought a number of times from Pete myself and will continue to do so. Awesome guy to deal with for RRA but unfortuneatly his hands are tied by the factory when it comes to order times. The problem is the factory, not the dealers.

The one I saw being shot held 19 out of 20 shots in a 3/4" group at 100 yds, the one out of place shot was the shooter.
There are 14 or so of them on Gunbroker and they can be ordered for quick delivery.
