Default Obama care after age 76

If and when you reach 76, here’s what you are faced with. If you aren’t, read it and weep. If you voted for this President, this is what you get for your vote

The following is especially important to those over 75. If you are younger, then it applies to your parents.

Your hospital Medicare admittance has just changed under Obama Care. You must be admitted by your primary Physician in order for Medicare to pay for it! If you are admitted by an emergency room doctor it is treated as outpatient care where hospital costs are not covered. This is only the tip of the iceberg for Obama Care. Just wait to see what happens in 2013 & 2014!

    Experience of a friend:

At age 72, today, I went to the Dr. for my monthly B12 shot that I have been getting for a number of years. The nurse came and got me, got out the needle filled and ready to go then looked at the computer and got very quiet and asked if I was prepared to pay for it. I said no that my insurance takes care of it. She said, that Medicare had turned it down and went to talk to my Dr. about it. 15 minutes later she came back and said, she was sorry but they had tried every-thing they could but Medicare is beginning to turn many things down for seniors because of the projected Obama Care coming in. She was brushing at tears and said, "Some day they too will get old", I am so very sorry!!

Please for the sake of many good people, please... pass this on. We all need to be informed.

YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE THIS...

At age 76 when you most need it, you are not eligible for cancer treatment page 272

What Nancy Pelosi didn't want us to know until after the healthcare bill was passed. Remember she said, "We have to pass the Bill so that we can see what's in it." Well, here it is.

Obama Care Highlighted by Page Number

    &nbs p; THE CARE BILL HB 3200

JUDGE KITHIL IS THE 2ND OFFICIAL WHO HAS OUTLINED THESE PARTS OF THE CARE BILL.

Judge Kithil of Marble Falls, TX - highlighted the most egregious pages of HB3200

Please read this....... especially the reference to pages 58 & 59

    JUDGE KITHIL wrote:

    Page 50/section 152:

The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.

    Page 58 and 59:

The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

    Page 65/section 164:

The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

    Page 203/line 14-15:

The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

    Page 241 and 253:

Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.

Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient's age.

    Page 317 and 321:

The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

    Page 425, line 4-12:

The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counseling..)

    Page 429, line 13-25:

The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order. HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on to identify:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Honorable David Kithil of Marble Falls, Texas

All of the above should give you the ammo you need to oppose Obama care. Please send this information on to all of your email contacts.

I went into Medicare A, B, and D latter part of last year. Before then I had for-profit health insurance with co-pays for MD visits. This year my docs' offices have been calling to advise me it's time to schedule an office visit and exam. Well hell, I knew that. I tell them I'm on Medicare now and I'll come in if they'll take what Medicare pays as full payment. But that's the best I can do b/c I'm already paying for parts B and D. They go, "Duh," and tell me they'll have to have the billing mgr call me back. Nobody calls me back but a few weeks will go by and the office will call again to tell me it's time to schedule an appointment with the doc. We go through the same drill again. The billing mgr never calls. It's ridiculous. Another doc hit my wife up for $35 in the door and told her he'd send her a refund check if Medicare paid his bill. My wife has Medicare A, B, D, and a Supplement that's supposed to be good for everything Medicare doesn't. My wife's part B and her Supplement paid the doctor's bill in full, but he sent no refund. Disappointed, but not surprised.

As far as I can ascertain the only thing obamascam is going to do is furnish the money for free insurance for one group of people by reducing the coverage of those who have been or are paying their own way or by fines going into the governments pocket.
I called in to get some prescriptions renewed, the doctor only gave me 2 renewals with a message he wanted me to come in for an appointment.Never done that before.

    Default Short version, ...

The short version is that you should all get supplemental insurance NOW, or your care-giver will be happy to take your house in lieu of payment.

No, I am not kidding. It is already happening. Seriously, make sure you have supplemental insurance. We are entering a phase where your healthcare can be audited years later by someone who never laid a hand on you and 2 years later they can downgrade one of your 'admissions' into an unpaid 'observation'. Why, supposedly to encourage doctors to do a better job and not have people return for the same problem - doctors will not be paid by the government for readmissions for the same problem within a certain timeframe, which does not mean that they do not collect, oh noooooo - they still collect, and from YOU.

It will be important, as time goes on under this nightmare, for people to actually have an healthcare advocate go with them to the hospital to make sure that they do not get royally f*^&ed when they enter the system ...

Yes, ALL of your assets are at stake when you have any kind of major issue under these new regulations ... as none of this has been fully litigated yet, we have no idea where it will really go. And then there are the parts of the 'plan' that will continue to kick in every quarter with major things every year for the next few years.

From the inside, those who are trying to actually sort thru this mess, they admit that there is really nothing good here for anyone ...

Again to restate; get supplemental insurance.

    Good luck out there guys.
Far enough right to just be, ... right.

It is a fact that the U.S. govt seems to have data banks of info about any & each of us that we'd be surprised to learn they have. When I had to go through Social Security to get direct deposit instead of that stupid green debit card they've started sending out, I had to answer a series of ID verification questions that included make/model of a passenger vehicle I purchased 10+ years ago!

Father-in-law just got a letter from IRS demanding him to list all his medications and doseages. Yes..I said IRS. Still trying to figure that one out. Most likely has something to do with his GE sponsored prescription plan, but why...I dunno.

I have had a SUPER Medicare Advantage Plan for a few yrs now. I LOVE it......

Zero primary doctor visits, zero generic prescriptions, zero blood tests, zero x-rays, zero injections ..... what could go wrong?

Oblammer said I could KEEP it. He has never lied, has he?

Wait a minute...folks are griping because their taxpayer-subsidized health care isn't as generous as it used to be? I've been pounding it pretty hard at work lately, not keeping up on things in this neck of the woods. We under new Liberal management or something?

You will also find if you have supplemental insurance Medicare will pay jack sh!t on your medical bills. Your supplemental insurance will have to pick up the majority. So you better have supplemental insurance, you will need it. Togor, you will find you have to pay for your Medicare now days if you don't already know it. It's not free to us who have had to work all of our lives.
