Default Help ID Regimental Mark on CLLE

I have a CLLE (1897/1910) with the following on the buttplate tang:

    broad arrow, crown, 33, V
    13.14
    13.CH
    86

Any idea as to the ownership of this piece? Thank you!

    Default markings

This is from a Mark 1 body converted to ConD 11* 1907 with matching '07 bbl,
I was able to get the buttplate markings by posting the photo on www.gunboards.com

Likely rifle #86, issued to the 13th Battalion, Cheshires in 1914 (not sure about the first '13'...is it in the format you've shown?). They saw action both on the Somme, and at Ypres.

Same format as shown....just one line above the other. Thanks.
